Our regular business hours are Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Sunday services are available by appointment only for emergency situations. We may adjust hours seasonally based on daylight and weather conditions.

No, you don't need to be home! Our professional crews can perform services while you're away. Just provide us with yard access instructions (gate code, hidden key location, or garage code) when scheduling. Many customers prefer this convenience for regular maintenance services.
If severe weather prevents service, we'll contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time. For light rain, our crews will assess on-site and may proceed if conditions are safe. Your service day may shift slightly during periods of inclement weather, but we'll keep you informed.
We do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences. While we can't guarantee specific time slots (as routes are optimized for efficiency), we can often schedule your service on preferred days of the week. Let us know your preferences when signing up and we'll work with you.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For recurring services, we also offer automatic bank withdrawal (ACH) for your convenience. Payment is due upon receipt of service unless other arrangements have been made.

For one-time services, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. For recurring maintenance plan customers, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We're flexible and understand that plans change — just give us a call.
Yes! If you're going on vacation or don't need service for a period, simply notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service and we'll pause your plan. Maintenance plan customers can typically suspend service for up to 4 weeks per year without penalty. Just contact our office to arrange.
